BONEO PARK JUMPS INTO THE ‘CUP’
The Boneo Park Cup will bring all the thrills of showjumping to the Mornington Peninsula next month, with entries received from across the country.
The new event which starts on 13 September, marks an exciting next chapter to one of Australia’s favourite equestrian destinations, Boneo Park.
Boneo Park, the 850 acre property located on Victoria’s Mornington Peninsula, provides one of the best and most comprehensive equestrian facilities in Victoria, attracting many riders and spectators from across Australia.
Seen as the perfect practice run ahead of the Australian Showjumping Championships, showjumpers will have their choice of two rings with classes from 60cm through to 1.3m both indoors and out.
With over $12,000 in prize money up for grabs, the event has received support from Duncan Dovico, Accountants and Advisors to the Equine Industry as a lead sponsor along with Browns Sawdust.
During the day of competition, everyone at Boneo Park on the Saturday will be treated to wine tasting, featuring wines from the Mornington Peninsula followed by a BBQ later that night, accompanied by live music.
For competitors who haven’t been to the area, Boneo Park has invited competitors to stay an extra night to ‘experience the wonderful Mornington Peninsula’.
Spectators are welcome to join in, with complimentary entry for each day of competition.
