As a Senior Farrier, duties include responsibility for the care and maintenance of horses' hooves, ensuring their optimal health and performance.
What this the role includes:
* Trimming, shaping and applying horseshoes to horses' hooves
* Diagnosing and treating hoof-related issues and lameness
* Advice/ reporting hoof care and management
What Japanoz Equestrian and racing stables are looking for:
* Experience and passion for the equine industry with the highest of standards to the commitment of animal welfare
* Immaculate attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and as part of the team Be able to communicate and provide updates / concerns with any of the horses both in house and work conducted externally.
* Minimum of 10 years’ experience within this role.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
